The Body Conversion
"Converting the Body, Conditioning the mind"

 Supporting the Community

Here at the body Converssion, were not just about selling products, but also supporting the community. With a career in healthcare, and woking for the public sector, i've always been passionate about supporting and enabling others. Thats why we aim to give back to the community as soon as prctically possible. Here are some of the people, organisations and groups we are supporting or advocating for.

Fortitude Psychological Therapy

Shelley, founder of Fortitude Psychological Therapies & Consultancy, is not only my wife but also a leading expert in the management of complex trauma. At The Body Conversion, we believe that true transformation isn’t just about converting the body — it’s about conditioning the mind. To support our community, Shelley has generously shared a collection of well-being booklets and insightful blogs she has developed through her work. These resources are designed to help you strengthen your mental resilience alongside your physical journey.

MenTribe

Mentribe is a veteran run charity which i have been very impressed by. Mentribe focus on supporting men's mental health and wellbeing through outdoor activities and organised events. It offers a variety of programs, including weekly walks, football (MenTribe FC), boxing sessions, and family events. The organisation emphasises building a supportive community for men to connect, build brotherhood, and improve their mental resilience through shared experiences in nature and through sports.

I'm in the early phases of my business but as soon as i able to support this  fantastic charity i will be. Please check them out by clicking on the image.

Combat2Coffee

Combat2Coffee picture

At The Body Conversion, we’re all about community, purpose, and giving back — and Combat2Coffee is a cause that hits close to home. Founded by veterans, this incredible organisation uses coffee as a force for good, supporting those who’ve served in the Armed Forces and the blue light community as they navigate life after service.

As a veteran myself and someone who’s proudly part of the uniformed community, I’m passionate about backing the work they do. That’s why a portion of our profits will go towards purchasing Combat2Coffee — which we’ll be giving away free with selected orders. Every cup poured fuels real change, with profits going straight back into the charity to help fund mental health support, training, and employment opportunities for veterans.

So when you sip, you’re not just enjoying great coffee — you’re helping someone rebuild their mission.

the CAPB Podcast

The CAPB Podcast isn’t just another show — it’s a movement. Founded and hosted by my friends Matt and Paul, two all-round incredible human beings, this podcast gives veterans in business a voice and a platform to showcase the brilliant work they’re doing after service.

Their conversations are raw, honest, and genuinely inspiring — the kind of chats that leave you fired up to take action. The podcast has been a huge source of motivation for me personally and even gave me the confidence to start my own business.

You can find The CAPB Podcast on all major streaming platforms — and trust me, it’s an absolute go-to for anyone thinking about starting a business or looking for authentic stories from people who’ve lived it.
